Support Hack Education
I love researching, writing, and rabble-rousing here on Hack Education. It is my passion. It is a full-time job.
I am the recipient of a Shuttleworth Foundation Flash Grant, which will support the "open thinking" here on Hack Education from June through December 2014.
I've deliberately kept this site advertising-free. I don't like ads. I don't like the way they look; I don't like the behaviors they seem to encourage among a lot of online publications (e.g. list-posts and link- and headline-baiting). I subsidize the work I do here on this site through public speaking and by freelancing elsewhere, and I'd love to be able to devote more attention to the arguments I craft here. If you find my writing interesting or insightful (or incite-ful), I would appreciate your support.
You can donate via the PayPal button below.
I've also created a monthly "subscription" option, again via PayPal.
You can also support my work through Patreon (which, depending on your level of support, unlocks some interesting rewards. It's an experiment. So we'll see how it goes).
